- Is it really sewn just for me?
- Yes. Nothing sits on a shelf — every piece is sewn by hand in the Pardesia studio after your order comes in. The print starts as an original drawing, then it's printed, cut and sewn, and each piece is checked by hand before it's packed.
- How do I know which size to order?
- There's a detailed size guide with a measurement table and how to measure yourself. Every piece is sold separately for exactly this reason — if you're an S on top and an M below, order that. Still unsure, send us a WhatsApp with your measurements and we'll help.
- Can I order a top in one size and a bottom in another?
- Absolutely, and that's why the pieces are sold separately. There's no need to compromise on one size for the whole set.
- How long until it reaches me?
- Up to 14 business days from your order, sewing included. Launches and sales can add a small delay. A custom-designed order takes 7–14 business days.
- Can I come and try things on at the studio?
- Yes, and we recommend it. Come to the Pardesia studio to be measured and see the fabrics and colours in person — by appointment over WhatsApp. No obligation to buy.
- Can I order my own colour or cut?
- Yes. On a custom order you choose the cut (bottom, top or a full set from any of our styles), the main colour, colour combinations, reversible or not, a separate size for each piece, and any special notes. Send Noya a WhatsApp with what you have in mind.
- Can I exchange or return?
- An order can be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as the piece hasn't been sewn or shipped. For an exchange, email us your order number and full name. Full details on the returns page.
- I ordered a custom piece — can that be returned?
- A piece sewn to your own measurements or choices isn't eligible for a refund, and swimwear that has been worn or has had its hygiene strip removed can't be returned either. But if something isn't right, write to us — we always try to find a way.
- How do I care for it so it lasts?
- Rinse by hand in cold water right after the sea or pool, don't wring it hard, and dry in the shade — never in a dryer or direct sun. Chlorine, suncream and rough surfaces are what wear swimwear out.
- How much is shipping?
- Home delivery is ₪30. Over ₪500 it's on us.
- Can I collect it myself?
- Yes, collection from the Pardesia studio is free, by appointment. We hold your piece for up to 14 business days.
