Returns & cancellations

Every DannyKinis swimsuit is sewn for you after you order — nothing sits on a shelf. So it matters that you know exactly what happens if something isn't right.

Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as long as the piece has not yet been sewn or shipped.

To cancel, email us your order number and full name and we'll confirm.

Exchanges

If the size didn't work, we're glad to exchange it. Email your order number and full name and we'll arrange it.

The piece needs to reach us unworn, with the original tag and the hygiene strip still in place.

What can't be returned

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept swimwear that has been worn, has had its hygiene strip removed, or whose tag has been detached.

Pieces sewn to your custom measurements aren't eligible for a refund, but reach out — we'll find a way.

How it works

4. 4.Once checked, we process the exchange or credit.
